Philanthropist Scholarship Fund
Catholic schools generally produce individuals who are
generous,
respectful, thoughtful, socially conscious, responsible
At the
Catholic Business Connection we are attacking this problem in two ways:
· First,
we are involved in an ongoing effort to catalog successful methods many
private businesses and other private schools throughout the country have used to cut costs and streamline operations.
We will be sharing this information with the Catholic schools in the
Cleveland diocese. Our initial two year goal is to pass along enough
cost cutting measures to allow each school to lower the tuition rate by
$500.00 per student.
· Second,
we have our own scholarship fund to help make a Catholic education more
affordable for local families. In the last few years, we awarded over $3000.00
in scholarships to a students in the Cleveland
diocese.
Tens of thousands of students throughout the Cleveland diocese are notified and directed to our website, where they can obtain a scholarship
application.
We are
asking you to help us, by directly contributing to our scholarship fund.
One hundred percent of every dollar collected will be awarded to applicants.
We will accept any donation, but
to the right is a description of our three recognized donor
levels. Donor names, addresses, phone numbers
or email addresses will never be sold, traded, or given away. Names will be published in recognition of their contribution. Any discarded paper work will be destroyed. Anonymous donations will be accepted. Scholarship ceremonies, associated events and results are announced and posted at www.CatholicBc.com
The
Catholic Business Connection is not affiliated with the Cleveland Catholic
Diocese or any parish or division of the Catholic Church or Catholic
schools. We are an organization of Catholic men and women applying
solutions to problems in our area.
